Our solutions are based upon the idea of EVENT CAPTURE - the use of a trigger signal to capture visual or process data for detailed review. The trigger signal may be manual, or from an external device, or from a change in the data itself. Our video capture products let process operators 'stop the motion' in a high speed process to review, frame-by-frame, a high quality series of images that will permit problems to be addressed.

Our event capture software uses a trigger from the process control system to capture process variables - and then automatically analyzes them to determine which variables are exhibiting anomalous behavior that may be associated with the upset that caused the trigger. The result: quicker diagnosis of problems, more rapid rectification, and less likelihood of mis-diagnosis. It all adds up to savings through process improvements.
