Decision Support For Process Engineers
The PM Event Analyzer™ is a visual data analysis tool that helps process engineers make sense of massive volumes of data stored in a PI System™ - providing a short cut to determining the causes of web breaks. Event Analyzer™ automatically identifies the most likely process variables to examine. It does this by displaying a graphical representation of several hundred selected process variables and by ranking these according to an algorithm based on signal processing techniques. The result is as that the tags associated with the most probable cause of the event identify themselves – without tedious searching by the operator. |
