Moisture Meter IRMA 7

The IRMA-7 Model D is an on-line moisture meter which offers unique features. It uses new infrared technology and signal processing to hold the record as the fastest infrared moisture meter on the market place. It is best suited for measuring paper and other fiber products.

More exotic applications include the sawdust and the hay. Meter comes as a standard with extremely high moisture sampling rate up to 400 Hz with all channels acquired at the same time. Meter is equipped with IR web thermometer. Meter has wide operating distance range from 7” to 14” including large moisture range starting from 0% and up to 60 - 80% total moisture.

The IRMA-7-A Portable Moisture Meter offers unique features for field and laboratory use. It uses Infrared technology and advanced signal processing for best stability and accuracy. Applications are in paper, textile, light colored mineral, wood chip, saw dust and felt industries. Device can be furnished with optional bearing foot to balance the measurement. Foot is available either with two or four wheels for measurement of rotating rolls or corrugated boards.

Device measures surface moisture in thick samples and total moisture content in thin samples. The included IRMA7 Basic program includes full data acquisition for trend display, data archiving, manipulation and frequency analysis.. Process sampling can be performed manually or by the timer for data manipulation and statistics.
